Dear Bloggy,
I felt like crap for the past few days. In retrospect I believe it has to do with my lack of exercise for a prolonged period of time. I haven't swim for the past 2 weeks as I was busy with my 2 final exams last weekend (oh God please let me pass the courses) So today I went swimming and I really pushed myself and swam hard. I didn't time today but I think I did finish my usual 1200M faster than usual, which is an achievement itself and that makes me feel good. :) After exercise now I am back to be positive and cheerful again. :D
